Our everyday lexicon now includes terms like social distancing, super spreader and herd immunity. Some of us have been introduced to new brand names like Zoom and Moderno.

One cannot overstate the challenges brought on by this pandemic. The threats to our health and economy are unlike anything that we have seen in our lifetime. This includes the stress placed upon our mental health.

I am generally somewhere between being an optimist and a realist. I could not be successful in my business if I were otherwise. However, I too at times have been challenged with the emotional stress; the disruption of daily life; not being able to visit with my family; the lack of a routine of working from the office; in general the lack of direct human interaction.
