A message from JSK Partners

As you are likely aware, all of our team members are working from home right now. If you need to drop off or pick up a cheque or paperwork, our office at 1055 West Hastings is open, but with reduced staff and hours. Currently the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 1 pm, but it’s best to contact one of us first to make arrangements, as the hours are subject to change.
A couple of other things to note while our team works from home:

  1. If you call one of us it will ring through to our phones at home. However, we cannot see each other’s lines ringing and we have been experiencing a slight lag on the rings. If you get our voicemail, please do not give up. Leave a short message and it will appear in our email inbox and we will call you back as soon as possible.
  2. If you make requests for documents, our systems are running slower than usual, so please be patient and we will do our best to get the information to you in a timely manner.

Administrative matters

Please contact Brenda, Jessica, or Wendy if you would like to access your Richardson GMP account(s) via our online client portal, MyRichardsonGMP. They can also assist with setting up or updating electronic fund transfers, which will allow us to send funds to your bank account securely.
Also, if you would like to deposit funds to your Richardson GMP account(s), you can do so through online banking by setting up Richardson GMP as a payee (instructions).
