As announced in the last newsletter, here are the amounts for contributions and other investments for this year:
- Defined contributions (MP): $33,810
- Defined benefits (DB): $3,756.67
- Deferred profit-sharing plans (DPSPs): $16,905
- Deferred life annuities at advanced age (ALDA): $180,000
- Year's Maximum Pensionable Earnings (YMPE): $71,300
Don't forget that the maximum RRSP contribution is $32,490 and the maximum TFSA contribution is $7,000, bringing the total to $102,000. This year's deadline is March 3.
